Anthony J. Aragona, III
Anthony J. Aragona, III is a seasoned litigation attorney with 30 years of experience representing clients in both state and federal courts across the State of Florida. His practice encompasses a broad range of legal areas, including commercial litigation, creditor’s rights and remedies, banking litigation, probate litigation, construction defect cases, judgment collection, creditor’s-side bankruptcy, and appellate practice. Having worked with both boutique and large law firms, as well as maintaining his own practice for over a decade, Anthony has developed a keen understanding of the unique legal needs of institutional clients, small businesses, and individuals alike.
Anthony earned his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the State University of New York at Albany before obtaining his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law in 1994. He is admitted to practice in Florida, as well as in the United States District and Bankruptcy Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
As a third-generation attorney, Anthony has been immersed in the legal profession from an early age, learning from both his grandfather and father. His approach to litigation is pragmatic, efficient, and results-driven, having successfully represented numerous clients in trial and appellate courts, secured favorable judgments, and defended clients in complex state and federal litigation.
Beyond his legal career, Anthony enjoys traveling, attending concerts and live performances, cooking, fitness, fine dining, and spending quality time with his wife and pets.
