Darren R. Cruz

Darren focuses on representing merchants and electronic payment processing companies in complex litigation and arbitration. In addition to his work in electronic payments law, Darren has extensive experience in representing health care providers in professional liability matters and various business entities in premises liability and personal injury claims.
Darren received his Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology with distinction from San Diego State University in 1996. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2000 with distinction in trial advocacy.
Aside from practicing law, Darren enjoys spending quality time with his wife and children, watching his sons play sports and music, riding his Harley-Davidson, and watching boxing, baseball, and anything directed by Martin Scorsese or Quentin Tarantino.
