In her prior roles, including Vice President & Associate General Counsel, Olesya showcased her leadership skills by successfully managing legal teams of up to 40 lawyers across 20 international markets, spanning Eastern Europe, Central Asia, and the Middle East. Her strategic contributions were integral to shaping science-based regulatory strategies, ensuring compliance with global standards, and navigating complex legal landscapes.
